Shorefield Leisure Club celebrates its first 20 years of health and fitness clubs next year. 1990 saw the grand opening of our first Leisure Club at Shorefield. This was a significant investment at the time and meant that we were one of the first Leisure Clubs in the area to offer a fully air conditioned, state of the art gymnasium and dance studio, along with indoor pool, whirlpool bath, sauna and steam room.

Over the last 20 years, Shorefield has continued to invest into the Leisure sector, continually moving with the times in order to offer the latest equipment for all our clients and is now considered to be one of the best equipped health clubs in the New Forest area. In 1995 we added our outdoor sports area, featuring an all weather court for football and other games and a tennis court. This has proved hugely popular, with numerous local football teams and tennis coaches finding our courts invaluable for their training.

It is our personnel training that has really gone from strength to strength. The typical Leisure club member no longer wants just a gym with the latest steppers, rowers and resistance machines, they want fully qualified instructors to work with them and build their very own program. All of our members receive an hour's FREE personal training each week to ensure they are working towards their individual goals. Yoga, aerobics, core stability classes, and circuit training classes, offer our members huge variety and choice. There is also our Member of the Month scheme where individual achievements and goals are rewarded.

In 2004 our Reflections Day Spa was opened. We wanted to offer something new and unique to our holiday guests and our fitness club members. We were one of the first holiday parks in the country to expand into this market. 'Reflections' gives you quality time, allowing you to escape from the pace and excitement of the modern world. A place where you can relax, unwind and receive some of the best spa therapies and beauty treatments available! The personal and tranquil environment allows you to appreciate the peace of mind that comes from total relaxation.

To celebrate our 20 years of Health & Fitness at Shorefield, we are planning numerous events and special promotions, starting with the introduction of two fantastic power plate machines, offering the very latest in body toning and vibration training.
